A. Introductory Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Gugoke, based at Wolkerova 616/4, Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, and any individual or company registering interest in or participating in the Google Sheets course described on this website. Legal relationships not expressly covered here are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and, where the participant is a consumer, Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
B. Definitions
"Course" means the four evening sessions on Google Sheets data analysis for marketing teams described on this website. "Participant" means any natural person attending or registering interest in the course, whether individually or on behalf of an employer. "Provider" refers to Gugoke as described in section A.
C. Course Description and Format
The course consists of four evening sessions covering pivot tables, automatically updating dashboards, visualising campaign performance, and the practical use of VLOOKUP and IF formulas within Google Sheets. Participants work on their own exported marketing data during sessions. The provider does not sell, license, bundle, or promote any third party analytics software as part of the course; all exercises are carried out within Google Sheets itself.
D. Registration and Contract Formation
Submitting the subscription or contact form does not, by itself, constitute a binding registration or contract. A contract for a specific course cohort is formed only once the provider confirms a place in writing, typically by email, following communication about scheduling and availability. Information submitted through website forms is used solely to facilitate this communication.
E. Price and Payment Terms
Where a course cohort involves a fee, pricing and payment terms are communicated individually before any contract is formed and are not published as fixed rates on this website, since group size and format can vary between cohorts. No payment is processed through this website; any payment arrangement is agreed separately in writing.
F. Withdrawal and Cancellation
Consumers registering from a distance retain the right of withdrawal within fourteen days of contract formation in accordance with Section 1829 of the Civil Code, unless course delivery has already begun with the consumer's explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. Any cancellation request should be sent in writing to [email protected].
G. Intellectual Property
Materials, exercises, and templates provided during the course remain the intellectual property of the provider unless otherwise agreed. Participants may use materials for their own internal work but may not redistribute, resell, or publish course materials without prior written consent.
H. Liability and Final Provisions
The course is educational and informational in nature. The provider does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, or performance improvements arising from applying techniques taught during the course, and no such guarantee should be inferred from any statement on this website. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Czech law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and any dispute not resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts.
