2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to personal data collected through the contact form, the subscription form, direct email correspondence, and general use of this website. It is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, as applicable in the Czech Republic.
3. Categories of Personal Data
Depending on which form is used, the following categories of data may be processed: full name, email address, telephone number, company or team name, subject or interest selected from a dropdown, and any message content voluntarily provided in a free text field. No sensitive categories of data under Article 9 GDPR are intentionally requested or processed.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data submitted through the contact form is processed to respond to inquiries about the course, based on legitimate interest in handling communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where a contractual step is requested, on pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data submitted through the subscription form is processed based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) to send scheduling information about upcoming course dates. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Recipients and Processors
Personal data submitted through website forms is transmitted directly via the visitor's own email client to [email protected] and is not stored on a website server or database. Where hosting, email or technical infrastructure providers process data on behalf of the controller, such providers act under data processing arrangements consistent with Article 28 GDPR. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. International Transfers
Where any service provider used for hosting or email delivery is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are carried out only where an adequacy decision applies or appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. Retention Periods
Correspondence sent via the contact form remains in the recipient's email account only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and any related record keeping obligations, generally not exceeding thirty six months unless a longer period is required by law. Subscription data is retained until consent is withdrawn or until the individual requests deletion, whichever occurs first.
8. Your Rights under GDPR
Individuals have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, individuals may withdraw it at any time. Requests can be sent to [email protected] and will be handled without undue delay, in any event within one month as required by Article 12 GDPR.
