Google Sheets for marketing teams · Hradec Králové, CZ

Your exports have
the answers. You just can't
see them yet.

Four evening sessions where Czech marketing teams bring their own Facebook Ads and GA4 exports and leave with pivot tables, a dashboard that refreshes itself, and a chart their CEO reads in half a minute. No new software, no subscriptions, just Google Sheets you already have open.

Built for people already staring at spreadsheets, not for people shopping for analytics tools.

You already have the numbers. That's not the same as having answers.

Exports pile up

Another CSV from Ads Manager, another export from GA4. Filenames like "final_v3" multiply on the desktop while nobody opens the older ones again.

Reports get rebuilt from scratch

Every week someone copies numbers into a new tab, formats it by hand, and hopes it looks roughly like last week's version.

The CEO asks one question too many

A single follow up question during a meeting and the whole spreadsheet needs reopening, recalculating, and re-explaining.

Nobody else can touch the file

The person who built it left, changed roles, or is on holiday. The formulas are a mystery and everyone is afraid to click anything.

One course, four concrete skills you use the following Monday.

Pivot tables that answer real business questions

Not "how pivot tables work" in the abstract, but which field goes where when someone asks which campaign drove the most leads last quarter, or which audience segment is quietly overspending. You practise on your own Facebook Ads export until the structure becomes automatic.

How to build a dashboard that updates automatically

A separate data tab, a query or pivot that references it, and charts that pull from the pivot rather than from raw numbers. Paste a fresh export in and the dashboard recalculates itself, no rebuilding required.

Visualising campaign performance so it reads instantly

Choosing the chart type that matches the question, trimming the clutter, and labelling so a manager scanning it between meetings understands the trend without asking what an axis means.

What VLOOKUP and IF actually solve day to day

Matching campaign names between two exports that spell things slightly differently. Flagging which rows are above or below target automatically. These two formulas quietly do most of the manual matching marketers still do by hand.

Four evenings. Your own data. No detours into software you won't use.

01

Pivot tables for real questions

Turning a raw Facebook Ads or GA4 export into a pivot table that answers "which campaign, which week, which audience" without touching a formula bar.

  • Structuring export data so pivots behave
  • Grouping by campaign, date and channel
  • Calculated fields for cost per result
  • Common pivot mistakes that quietly break totals
02

A dashboard that refreshes on its own

Separating raw data from presentation, so pasting a new export updates every chart and number without rebuilding anything.

  • Data tab versus dashboard tab structure
  • Dynamic ranges and named ranges
  • Linking charts to pivot output
  • Keeping the file usable by a colleague
03

Visuals for a thirty second read

Picking chart types that match the question being asked, and removing everything that makes a manager squint at a legend.

  • Matching chart type to the question
  • Colour and label choices that reduce reading time
  • Highlighting the number that matters
  • Building a one page summary view
04

VLOOKUP, IF and everyday matching

Working through the two formulas that solve most of the manual copy pasting between Facebook Ads and GA4 exports.

  • VLOOKUP for matching campaigns across sheets
  • IF and nested IF for flagging performance
  • Combining VLOOKUP with IF for auto labels
  • Troubleshooting mismatched campaign names

Built around the person who exports the CSV, not the tool it came from.

Tends to fit if you

  • Export data from Facebook Ads Manager or GA4 regularly
  • Already open Google Sheets but avoid pivot tables
  • Report campaign results to someone above you monthly or weekly
  • Want the file to survive you going on holiday
  • Prefer working on your own data over a generic sample file

Probably not the fit if you

  • Are looking for a certified analytics platform or paid software
  • Need enterprise level data warehousing or SQL training
  • Have no access to any of your own campaign exports
  • Want a one off template rather than a repeatable skill

You bring the export. We build the logic together, live, in your own file.

Each session opens with a short explanation of the concept for that evening, maybe fifteen minutes, followed by working time where every participant applies it directly to their own Facebook Ads or GA4 export rather than a shared demo file. Questions come up naturally because the data is messy in the ways real marketing data is messy: renamed campaigns, missing weeks, currency formatting that Sheets reads oddly.

The course does not sell or bundle any analytics software, dashboard subscription, or reporting tool. Everything is built inside Google Sheets, which most marketing teams in Czechia already have through a standard Google Workspace or free account. What participants leave with is a set of working files and the ability to rebuild the same logic on the next export, not a licence key.

Bring your last export. Leave with a dashboard that runs on its own.
